Payment terms

To secure our services, an advanced deposit of at least 30% of the total or full payment is required. Payment options include bank transfer or PayPal. Please note that if you choose bank transfer, a surcharge for banking fees applies.


Cancellations are effective upon receipt of written notification by the Dragon's Nest sales office. Customers will also receive a cancellation acknowledgment. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 20 days before your trip: No cancellation charge.
  • Between 20 and 10 days prior to your trip: 50% of the total charge.
  • Less than 10 days prior to your trip: 100% of the total charge.


No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

Itinerary Changes:

Our itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Activities such as swimming, kayaking, cave visits, or floating village excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. In such circumstances, no refunds will be provided to clients.

Other Conditions:

  • Each cabin has a maximum occupancy of two (2) adults and one (1) child under 5 years old. Additional charges may apply for more than two (2) guests per room.
  • Children may stay in the same cabin with parents with or without an extra bed. Children under five (5) years old stay free of charge.
  • Children aged 5 to under 8 sharing a bed with parents will be charged 50% of the adult rate.
  • Two children aged 5 to under 8 staying in another cabin will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
  • A child aged 8 to under 12 sharing the same room with parents and using an extra bed will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
  • Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.
  • Passengers must provide confirmed arrival and departure dates, number of cabins and passengers, passenger names, and any special requirements (e.g., gifts, dietary requirements) at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
